SEA-ING CHANGE FOR OUR OCEAN

Through our partnership, the Seattle Seahawks aim to mobilize fans worldwide to take action for our ocean.

The ocean is
truly
awesome. But it is not invincible.

100% of life on our blue planet is supported by the ocean.

50% of the world’s oxygen is produced by the ocean.

90% of the excess heat from climate change is absorbed by the ocean.

Millions of unique species have their habitats and ecosystems provided by the ocean.

ABOUT THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

The Seattle Seahawks play at Lumen Field, regarded as one of the loudest stadiums in the league—fans have been responsible for setting two Guinness World Records for the loudest crowd noise at a sporting event, both times in the 2013 season. That year, the Seahawks went on to clinch their first Super Bowl championship, with two other title game appearances in franchise history. The Seahawks have won 11 division titles and three conference championships.
